Miller photos on display at library A select collection of Jamestown visual artist Don Miller's photography is on display at the library on North Main Road until the middle of October. Miller's diverse career began in the U.S. Navy in the Western Pacific in 1971, and has since taken him from the North American continent to the Caribbean and parts of Europe. He owned a New York metro-area studio that employed a support group of ten people, who assisted him in fulfilling a wide range of assignments for national advertisers, as well as world-renowned magazines and artistic publications. The exhibition at the library is a reflection of years dedicated to breathing life into images alive with emotion, passion and energy. Miller's brilliant displays of color, unusual perceptions of shape, and powerful renderings of life afford a view of the greatest show on earth through the exclusive window of his talented eye. |
