How Rhode Island cities- particularly Pawtucket, East Providence and Newport- can learn from the successes and failures of other cities along the U.S. coast will be the focus of "Creating Vibrant Waterfronts in Rhode Island," the Sixth Annual Ronald C. Baird Sea Grant Science Symposium, which will take place Oct. 19 and 20 at Corless Auditorium at the University of Rhode Island (URI) Graduate School of Oceanography in Narragansett.
