Gallery opening this Sunday

A new collection of paintings and drawings entitled "Bold Points" by Mark Freedman will open at Didi Suydam Contemporary in Newport on Sunday, Oct. 21, from 1 to 4 p.m.

The exhibit will include new works on wood and paper, using both oil and pastel. The work depicts various industrial landscapes, primarily the Manhattan environs. The show runs through Nov 18. Call 848-9414 for fall gallery hours.
