Lawn school student council hosting two socials

The Lawn Avenue School student council is sponsoring a fifth and sixth grade social on Friday, Nov. 2, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.

Parents are required to pick up their children from the event or send a note to school giving their permission for the child to take alternate transportation.

The council will also hold a seventh and eighth grade Homecoming dance on Friday, Nov. 9, from 7 to 9 p.m.

Dress is casual and tickets are $5 each.
