Choristers hold holiday concert

The Newport Navy Choristers, under the direction of JoAnn Loewenthal, will present their "Christmas in Song" concert on Friday, Dec. 7, at 7:30 p.m. at St. Lucy's Church, 909 West Main Rd., in Middletown. The concert is part of the annual month-long "Christmas in Newport" celebration.

The "Christmas in Newport" concert is a concert for the entire family and is a great way to get in the holiday spirit.

Tickets are $8 for adults, $5 for children under 12 years of age and senior citizens 62 years and older, and $20 for families.

Tickets can be purchased by calling the Artillery Company of Newport at 842-6336, from any Chorister member, or by purchasing them at the door. Jamestown residents can purchase tickets by calling Roxie Smith at 423-2376.
