Commissioners discussed at length the state of planned projects for the waterfronts at East Ferry and Fort Getty during the February Harbor Management Commission meeting last week. I wanted to write about an experience I had at Trattoria Simpatico a couple of Thursdays ago. My husband and I were set to have a café menu dinner of burgers and fries at the bar at Trat and then to go home early. We survived yet another Holiday Season, Super Bowl and Valentine's Day. Most of us managed to keep from going bankrupt. This is a good thing. Now, however, we are going through the tough times.
