John and Joan McCauley received a permit Feb. 18 to renovate a second floor bathroom at 148 Columbia Lane, work estimated to cost $10,000.

William McCraw received a permit Feb. 19 to re-roof a house at 102 Clarke St., work estimated to cost $9,000.

Electrical permits
