TOWN HALL RECORDS
      Building permits James Procaccianti received a permit Feb. 20 to construct a pool and cabana according to plan at 42 Standish Rd., work estimated to cost $237,000. Candace Noll received a permit Feb. 21 to remodel three bathrooms, a kitchen, and add one bath in a garage as well as French doors at 238 East Shore Rd. work estimated to cost $16,000.

FIRE AND EMS
      1:01 p.m., Feb. 19, Ladder 1, Car 3 and Engine 3 were dispatched to Hamilton Avenue for a carbon monoxide incident. 11:46 a.m., Feb. 20, Ladder 1, Tanker 15 and Engine 3 responded to a false alarm on East Shore Road. 7:13 a.m., Feb. 21, Cars 1, 2 and 3, Engines 1 and 3, and Ladder 1 were sent to Seaside Drive for a hazardous conditions call.

POLICE LOG
      Bench warrant violation Joshua M. Neves, 19, of 126 Narragansett Ave., was charged with a bench warrant violation from Fourth District Court in South Kingstown, police said. Police knew a warrant was out for Neves and picked him up when he was seen walking on Narragansett Avenue. Neves was not held and a hearing is yet to be scheduled, police said.
