POLICE LOG
      Drunk driving charged Kerri Toolan, 36, of Warwick was charged March 21 with first offense drunk driving after a motor vehicle accident on the Jamestown Bridge, police said. Toolan refused a Breathalyzer test and was arraigned later that morning. A pre-trial hearing was scheduled for April 4, in Newport District Court, police said.
