Building permits

William Hancur received a permit April 2 to add a bath and closet at 375 West Reach Drive, work estimated to cost $5,000.

Al and Susan McKibben received a permit April 3 to build a porch, straighten a south side sill beam and add new footings at 1031 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $11,000.

William McCarthy received a permit April 7 to install vinyl siding at 18 Bryer Ave., work estimated to cost $32,277.

Patricia and Daniel Listick received a permit April 7 to remove a skylight and strip and re-roof a house at 353 West Reach Drive, work estimated to cost $11,000.

Electrical permits

Sherry Kaplan received a permit April 2 to complete rough and finished wiring of a single family guest house at 42 Orient Ave., work estimated to cost $20,000.
