Rotary flapjacks went like hotcakes
      The Jamestown Rotary Club hosted its 44th Annual May Breakfast last week and, by all accounts, everyone had a great time. Members of the Jamestown Rotary Club wish to thank all of its volunteers and supporters for another successful annual May Breakfast 2008.

Sheep shearing day a success
      The entire Watson Farm flock of sheep was shorn this weekend, and we thank everyone for coming out to make the event a huge success. Close to 1,000 people ventured to the farm for what turned out to be a beautiful day. We could not have done it without the help of so many volunteers.
