      Froberg twins Twins, Kenneth Froberg III and Ella Grace Froberg, were born April 15, 2008 in Norfolk, Va. to Lt. Kenneth Froberg and Sarah (Mowchan) Froberg of Norfolk. A Navy pilot, Froberg returned home in time for the birth of the twins from his third tour of duty in the Persian Gulf region, serving aboard the carrier U.S.S. Harry Truman.
