Former U.S. Senator Lincoln Chafee will address the Friends of the Jamestown Library Annual Meeting, which will be held on Wednesday, June 4, at 7 p.m. at the library.

Chafee will be the featured speaker and will discuss his new book "Against the Tide: How a Compliant Congress Empowered a Reckless President." Copies of the book will be available for purchase.

There will be a short business meeting before the program, which is free and open to the general public. Refreshments will be served.
