      First offense drunk driving charged Kristy A. Lebelle, 19, of North Kingstown was charged June 26 with first offense drunk driving with a blood alcohol level between .10 and .15, after she was stopped for erratic operation of a vehicle at the Mackerel Cove Beach parking lot, police said.
