JEF cruise benefits student programs

Help the Jamestown Education Foundation continue to provide enrichment programming for Jamestown students by joining them for a Sunset Dinner Cruise aboard the elegant 85- foot luxury yacht Harbor Queen. Enjoy a beautiful evening sail along Narragansett Bay and bid on some of the unique and fun auction items.

The cruise boards from Conanicut Marina on Friday, July 11, at 7 p.m. The evening begins with live music provided by local Jamestown students. Once aboard, there will be a cash bar, followed by a buffet dinner, dancing and an exciting silent auction. Auction items include a weeklong timeshare at the destination of the buyer's choice; Red Sox tickets; a four-hour off road Land Rover driving session; art and photographs from local artist and much more.

Jamestown Education Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing educational and cultural enrichment for all students in Jamestown. JEF works in partnership with community organizations to support innovative programs that inspire young minds, encourage academic excellence and promote healthy lifestyle choices.

Tickets are $75 per person, with proceeds funding more programming for the youth of Jamestown. Seating aboard the Harbor Queen is limited, so get tickets early. For more information or to purchase tickets, call Lisa Carlisle at 423- 3353.
