TOWN HALL RECORDS
      Building permits Ann Gagnon received a permit July 1 to demolish an existing house and build a new house at 10 Champlin Way, work estimated to cost $460,000. Janet Monahan received a permit July 7 to install a 12- by 14- foot shed at 60 America Way, work estimated to cost $4,363.

      Drunk driving charged • Erin F. DiStefano, 30, of 276 East Shore Rd., was charged July 4 with drunk driving and refusal to take a Breathalyzer test after she was stopped on East Shore Road for erratic driving, police said.

      Fire runs 11:33 a.m., June 30, Cars 1 and 3 were dispatched to Narragansett Avenue for an electrical wiring problem call. 12:37 p.m., June 30, Tanker 15, Car 1 and Engine 3 went to Beavertail Road for a smoke scare call. 4:24 p.m., June 30, Ladder 1, Marine 1, Car 3, and Engines 2 and 3 were sent to Fort Wetherill Road for a search for person in water call.
