Dinner cruise a great success
A picture-perfect evening set the stage for a wonderful Sunset Dinner Cruise last Friday. Thanks to all who came out in support of the Jamestown Education Foundation (JEF) to make it not just a successful fundraiser, but also a really fun party, too.
Our corporate sponsors again gave generously to our effort. Many thanks to Island Rubbish Services, Morneau and Murphy, Cathryn Jamieson Salon, Mary Meagher Design, Northrop and Johnson, and Island Realty.
Our silent auction was a big part of our fundraising effort and would not have been possible without the generous donations from the following: Lisa Carlisle Architect, Brian and Stephanie Cotsonas, Anne and Gary Cournoyer, Kevin and Sherri Deacon, Martin Keen, Peter Keen, Kettlebottom Outdoor Pursuits, Jamestown Wine & Liquors, Julia Montminy, Rover Special Vehicles, Kate Petrie Photography, The Secret Garden, Traveling Gourmet, Westport Rivers Vineyard, Wildwood Nursery, Eastern Mountain Sports, Betsy Gooding LMFT, Kim Chandler and Innerlight Yoga, Sue Gaynor, Jane McNally Wright, George and Ann Zainyeh, Onne van der Wal and Fred's House of Pizza.
Many thanks to Conanicut Marine Services for permitting the use of their dock for the evening. That dock became the stage for the fabulous string ensemble, which serenaded us as we boarded the boat. Special thanks to Georgia Wright, Sydney Keen and Dan Gorelick - great job! Mary Hall Keen, President Jamestown Education Foundation
