The Jamestown Teen Center is partnering with the Friends of the Jamestown Animal Shelter and Paws and Claws for the "Black Tie Doggie Ball" at the pavilion at Fort Getty on Saturday, Aug. 2.

Volunteers are needed to help set up before the event and to feed and walk the dogs during the evening. Volunteers are required to attend one of the informational meetings to ensure they can interact appropriately with various kinds of dogs.

There will be informational meetings on Thursday, July 24, at 6 p.m. and on Tuesday, July 29, at 3 p.m. at the Ft. Getty Pavilion.
