A rally fund-raiser to officially kick off the Donna Perry for senate campaign will be held Wednesday, Aug. 13, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Portuguese American Citizens Club, 138 Narragansett Ave.

Radio host John DePetro, Perry's brother, will co-host the event.
