POLICE LOG
      Multiple charges filed Evan O'Neil, 19, of 37 Clinton Ave., was charged Aug. 9 with unlawful drinking, misrepresentation of age by a minor, and disorderly conduct after a police car was flagged down on Narragansett Avenue by a restaurant employee who complained of a patron causing a disturbance, police said.
