Candice Noll received a permit Sept. 11 to renovate second floor of barn into usable space with office, closets, shower, and toilet, work estimated to cost $15,000.

Harbor View Condos received a permit Sept. 11 to install new decking on existing decks with new railings at 73 Conanicus Ave., work estimated to cost $3,000.

James and Lisa Bryer received a permit Sept. 11 to replace two kitchen windows and bump out window 12-inches from the original at 55 Clinton Ave., work estimated to cost $500.

George and Dominique Perrin received a permit Sept. 11 to install a laundry, home office, loft and study addition to an existing residence according to plan at 609 Beavertail Rd., work estimated to cost $290,000.

Jamestown Four Corners received a permit Sept. 12 to replace siding on the front of a house at 113 Narragansett Ave., work estimated to cost $600.

Electrical permits

James Kraska received a permit Sept. 11 to install a security system at 79 Columbia Lane, work estimated to cost $700.

John Bunell received a permit Sept. 11 to install a security system and six smoke detectors at 29 Gondola Ave., work estimated to cost $300.

Rich Bonges received a permit Sept. 12 to revamp service from 100 to 200 amps and eliminate a water heater meter at 66 Reservoir Circle, work estimated to cost $1,750.
