TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, AND TO AMERICAN EAGLE LAND CORPORATION, the unknown shareholders of American Eagle Land Corporation, and the unknown heirs and/or devisees of the unknown shareholders of American Eagle Land Corporation

WHEREAS, a Petition has been presented to said Court by the Town of Jamestown, a Rhode Island Municipal corporation, to foreclose all rights of redemption from the lien proceedings described in said Petition in and concerning a certain parcel of land situated in the Town of Jamestown, County of Newport and State of Rhode Island, bounded and described in said Petition as follows:

That certain lot or parcel of land with all the building and improvements thereon situated on Riptide Street in the Town of Jamestown, County of Newport and State of Rhode Island, laid out and designated as Lot No. 168 (one hundred sixty eight) on that plat entitled: "JAMESTOWN SHORES PLAT NO. 1 IN JAMESTOWN, R.I. OWNED BY JAMES G. HEAD Scale 1" = 100' April 1947, E. NEWMAN, ENG.'R", said plat being recorded in the office of the Jamestown Town Clerk and designated as Hanging File 1A.

If you desire to make any objection or defense to said Petition, you or your attorney must file a written appearance and an Answer under oath, setting forth clearly and specifically your objections or defense to each part of said Petition, in the Office of the Superior Court, in Newport, on or before the 31st day of October, 2008, that you may then and there show cause, if any, why the prayer of the Petitioner should not be granted. Unless your appearance is filed by or for you, your default will be recorded, the said Petition will be taken as confessed, and you will be forever barred from contesting said Petition or any Decree entered thereon. In addition to the usual service of this Notice as required by law, it is ordered that the foregoing Citation be published forthwith, once per week for three successive weeks in the Jamestown Press, a newspaper published in the Town of Jamestown, County of Newport and State of Rhode Island.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE JAMESTOWN ZONING BOARD OF REVIEW WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING OCTOBER 28, 2008, AT THE JAMESTOWN TOWN HALL 93 NARRAGANSETT AVENUE, JAMESTOWN, RHODE ISLAND AT 7:00 P.M. UPON THE FOLLOWING:

Application of Harlan F. Stanley & Margaret K. Carton, whose property is located at 23 Standish Rd., and further identified as Tax Assessor's Plat 8, Lot 370, for a variance from Article 7, Sections 703, 704,705 and Article 3, Table 3-2 (District Dimensional Regulations) to extend the garage/ apartment 12' along the existing 5' building line from the northerly lot line and to extend existing deck approximately 5' along the existing building line which is 10' from Coronado St. Said property is located in a R20 zone and contains 16,704 sq. ft.

Application of Richard & Mary Moody, whose property is located at 11 Cole St., and further identified as Tax Assessor's Plat 9, Lot 170 for a variance from Article 3, Section 82- 302, Table 3-2 (District Dimensional Regulations) to build an addition to an existing house which is 1 & 2/3 feet from the north side lot line (7 feet required) and 4 feet 9 inches from the rear lot line (30 feet required). Said property is located in a R8 zone and contains 13,800 sq. ft.
