Lewis W. Kitts received a permit Oct. 3 to install seven new windows, a front door, and sheet rock for three rooms at 33 Fowler St., work estimated to cost $2,500.

North Meadow Properties LLC received a permit Oct. 6 to re-roof a building at 35 Narragansett Ave., work estimated to cost $15,000.

Nancy Beye received a permit Oct. 6 to attach a single family home to an existing single family home to create a duplex at 54 Clinton Ave., work estimated to cost $28,000.

Electrical permits

Martin Keen received a permit Oct. 2 to replace a faulty cable and meter socket at 121 Carr Lane, work estimated to cost $450.

Nancy and Erin Escher received a permit Oct. 2 to upgrade to 200 amp service at 252 Seaside Drive, work estimated to cost $900.

Mechanical permits

Dennis Carrier received a permit Oct. 2 to install three-zone, baseboard radiation, air handler, gas pipe, stove, fireplace and generator at 167 Walcott Ave., work estimated to cost $8,000.

Robert and Donna Peckham received a permit Oct. 6 to install a wood pellet stove at 116 East Shore Rd., work estimated to cost $2,500.
