Get an early jump on Halloween with the Ghouls' Rules costume contest this Saturday, Oct. 25, at the Receation Center.

Everyone, not just costume makers, is invited to join in the fun from 7 to 10 p.m.

Participants should make use of re-used and recycled eco-friendly materials to make a fun and freaky costume.

The contest will be followed by a dance party. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children.
