POLICE LOG
      Drunk driving charged • Frank Aquino, 45, of Warwick, was charged Oct. 25 with drunk driving and refusal to take a Breathalyzer test after police stopped him for erratic driving on North Main Road, police said. Aquino was held at the police station where he was arraigned and a pre-trial hearing was scheduled for Nov. 14 at Newport District Court, police said.
