Costumed youngsters are invited to visit the Secret Garden while trick or treating in Jamestown on Friday evening.

Owner David Urban said he will maintain the tradition, started by the shop's previous owners, of giving out free glow sticks for all on Halloween. Any child who stops by in costume will receive

glow sticks and balloons.
