Greg and Joann Rodgers received a permit Oct. 22 to install a new gas-fired boiler with 5-zone baseboard heat at 5 Buoy St., work estimated to cost $8,000.

Alton Head IV received a permit Oct. 23 to install a 2-zone hydro air heating system and a 275-gallon oil tank and a 50-gallon water heater in a newly constructed modular home at 149 East Shore Road, work estimated to cost $7,500.
