An idea for future of the highway garage

I am writing this letter in regards to the editorial titled, "What should we do with the old highway barn? (Sept.18)"

I feel the best option we have for the Fort Wetherill highway barn would be to make it into a community complex. The building provides a big open area for events such as dances, art galleries, and sports gatherings. The docks and pier can be used for public activities such as fishing and diving. Jamestown needs more recreational facilities, which could ultimately benefit everyone.
