The Jamestown Philomenian Library will have a winter book sale in the gallery hallway at beginning Tuesday, Dec. 2 through Monday, Dec. 8, during regular library hours.

Some little used and much loved volumes will be available at great prices.

Think about a book as a stocking stuffer or as packaging for that check to the teenager who just might read the book.

Prices are $3 for hardcover books, $1 for paperbacks and $1 for children's books. There are specially priced books available including a table of Jamestown and Rhode Island history.

The regular hours of the Jamestown Library are Monday and Tuesday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Wednesday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., Thursday 12 noon to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and summer

Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2.
