Eric Archer received a permit Dec. 22 to install a temporary service at 20 Ocean Ave., work estimated to cost $2,200.

Mechanical permits Mr. Nelson received a permit Dec. 22 to install heating/cooling for a new barn and guesthouse. Installation included a gas fired boiler, a 12.5 ton AHVS, heat pumps and associated duct work. Work estimated to cost $36,000.

Plumbing permits

Dan Frank received a permit Dec. 29 to plumb in a solar loop to a dual coil tank, work estimated to cost $3,000.
