Youth leadership conference forming
      Nichols College and the Student Leadership Training Program (SLTP) are co-sponsoring a youth leadership conference for ninth graders called Students Taking Active Responsibility (START) on June 8 and 9. A $25 registration fee is all that is required.

      The URI Preparatory Music Program will again offer its popular beginning piano classes for adults and children starting in February. All classes take place in the Fine Arts Center on URI's Kingston campus. Adult Beginner Piano Class Level I is open to adults with no previous piano experience.
