Film series begins tonight

Tonight - Thursday - 7 p.m.

The Friends of the Jamestown Library will be kicking off this year's 2008 Foreign Film Series on Thursday, Jan. 10, at 7 p.m. with a showing of the 2005 Russian film, "The Italian." The film's runtime is 90 minutes.

The second film of the series will be the 2000 Chinese film "Happy Times" on Thursday, Feb. 7, followed by "Once" on Thursday, March 7. All films are free and open to the public. For more information, contact the library at 423-7280. Refreshments will be served.
