Cassidy's film debuts at reception

Jamestown filmmaker Patti Cassidy's new short film "Three Haiku," will premiere at the closing reception of the "Kimonos" exhibit at Rhode Island College's Bannister Gallery today, Thursday, Jan. 31.

The short film, which was inspired by the exhibition and is backed by the music of California jazz ensemble East West, will be part of a reception at the Providence campus from 5 to 8 p.m. For more information, visit www. ric.edu/bannister, or call 456- 9765.
