Author to read from new novel

The South Kingstown Public Library will present author Nicole Sickels and a dramatic reading of excerpts from her latest novel, "The Medium," on Thursday, March 6, at 7 p.m. Sickels will be accompanied in the reading by two South County actors, Carol Pegg and Ahmed Bharoocha.

The Medium is a tale of suspense and romance rich with details that animate both the home front during World War II and the mysterious realm of ghosts and spirit guides.

The event is free of charge and open to the public.

The library is located at 1057 Kingstown Rd. in Peace Dale.
