William "Bill" Daley

William E. Daley III, formerly of Jamestown, died in Wichita, Kan. on Feb. 5, 2008.

He was retired from the U.S. Air Force. He was a graduate of the 1954 class of St. Andrews School in Barrington, and a graduate of the University of Wichita. Tech Sergeant Dailey was a trainer of K9 dogs. His military career was spent in the Philippines, Thailand, Korea, and at bases around the United States. He is survived by his two sons, Donald Daley and Edward Daley, and his two sisters, Carolyn Jones and Peg Hilton. He was the uncle of Carol Hopkins of Jamestown.
