Final contra dance of season next weekend

The final Newport Contra dance of the season will be on Saturday, April 12, at the Aquidneck Elementary School, on 70 Reservoir Rd., in Middletown.

The dance will run from 8 to 11 p.m., with Sargon de Jesus calling music performed by White Squall.

Soft-soled shoes are required and there will be light snacks served at the break. Directions and details are available on the Web site at www. newportdance.org.
