      George Raymond Arnold, 83, of Carr Lane, died Friday, March 28, 2008 at home. Born on Jamestown at Beavertail, a son of the late Alfred and Agnes T. (Washington) Arnold, he was the last surviving member of the Jamestown Arnolds.

Memorial service for Constance Armbrust on Saturday
      Constance W. Armbrust, 100, formerly of Elm Street, Jamestown, died on March 7, 2008 at the South County Nursing Center. Connie had celebrated her 100th birthday last fall. A memorial service will be held on April 5, at 11 a.m., at St. Matthew's Church, Jamestown.
