      The deadline to apply for a Jamestown Chamber of Commerce scholarship is Saturday, April 26. Each year the Chamber awards two $500 scholarships to Jamestown residents pursing business studies or taking continuing education classes for career development.

Quilt game ready to play in library
      A number of quilts in the lobby of the library are there to test the knowledge of children and adults who look at them. The April art show is an old-fashioned game that asks participants to try to name all the birds, animals and other objects sewn on to the quilts.
