Church needs items for festival yard sale
The annual June Festival at the Central Baptist Church will be Saturday, June 21, from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Donations of items to sell will be accepted beginning Saturday, May 17.
Requested donations include gently used games and toys; wooden and wicker furniture, books and DVDs, jewelry; plants and garden equipment; artwork and decorative items, housewares in good condition, vintage items and small rugs. Clothing, upholstered furniture, and large appliances will not be accepted.
CBC's building, which is located at 99 Narragansett Ave., will be open from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturdays, beginning May 17. Pick up of larger items also may be arranged by calling the church office at 423-1651 from 9 a.m. to noon on weekdays.
