Electrical permits Sterns Farm Realty LLC received a permit Jan. 14 to rewire an existing house to code and install a 100-amp circuit breaker at 199 Summit Ave., work estimated to cost $8,000.

POLICE LOG
      Larceny charged Kurt Breneiser, 28, of 33 Frigate St., was charged Jan. 17 with driving a vehicle without consent of the owner and larceny over $500, police said. According to police, the vehicle's owner reported Breneiser took the vehicle without consent. Police located the vehicle and Breneiser outside of the Bay Voyage, police said.

      Fire runs 9:38 a.m., Jan. 12, Car 1 and Engine 2 went to Grinnell Street for a false alarm. 5:38 p.m., Jan. 12, Car 1 and Engine 3 went to Columbia Avenue for a false alarm. 5:33 p.m., Jan. 14, Special Services 1 was sent to Whittier Road to standby for an EMS call.
