Trinity Rep artistic director to speak at library
The Friends of the Jamestown Library will host Curt Columbus, Trinity Repertory Company's artistic director, on Sunday, Feb. 8, at 4 p.m.
Columbus will lead a discussion of Trinity's upcoming production of Lorraine Hansberry's "A Raisin in the Sun."
Joining Mr. Columbus for the discussion will be Jamestown resident and Trinity Repertory Company associate artistic director Craig Watson.
The evening will include a discussion of the play, which participants may wish to read before the discussion.
Trinity Rep is also providing a raffle door prize of two tickets to "A Raisin in the Sun," a signed show poster and a backstage theater tour. This event is free and open to the public.
Since its founding in 1963, Trinity Repertory Company has been one of the most respected regional theaters in the country.
