Birth certificates now available at Town Hall
The Jamestown Town Clerk's office can now issue certified copies of a birth record for births that occurred within the state of Rhode Island from Jan. 1, 1980, to the present.
Records are issued at Town Hall, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. There is a $20 fee for the first copy and $15 for each additional copy that is requested at the same time, for the same record.
Residents requesting vital records must provide a valid government issued identification.
