WHEREAS, a Petition has been presented to said Court by the Town of Jamestown, a Rhode Island Municipal corporation, to foreclose all rights of redemption from the lien proceedings described in said Petition in and concerning a certain parcel of land situated in the Town of Jamestown, County of Newport and State of Rhode Island, bounded and described in said Petition as follows:

That certain lot or parcel of land with all the building and improvements thereon situated on Neptune Street in the Town of Jamestown, County of Newport and State of Rhode Island, laid out and designated as Lot No.201on that plat entitled: "JAMESTOWN SHORES PLAT NO. 1 IN JAMESTOWN, R.I. OWNED BY JAMES G. HEAD Scale 1" = 100' April 1947, E. NEWMAN, ENG.'R", said plat being recorded in the office of the Jamestown Town Clerk and designated as Hanging File 1A.

If you desire to make any objection or defense to said Petition, you or your attorney must file a written appearance and an Answer under oath, setting forth clearly and specifically your objections or defense to each part of said Petition, in the Office of the Superior Court, in Newport, on or before the 17th day of April, 2009, that you may then and there show cause, if any, why the prayer of the Petitioner should not be granted. Unless your appearance is filed by or for you, your default will be recorded, the said Petition will be taken as confessed, and you will be forever barred from contesting said Petition or any Decree entered thereon. In addition to the usual service of this Notice as required by law, it is ordered that the foregoing Citation be published forthwith, once per week for three successive weeks in the Jamestown Press, a newspaper published in the Town of Jamestown, County of Newport and State of Rhode Island.

ZONING BOARD OF REVIEW

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE JAMESTOWN ZONING BOARD OF REVIEW WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING MARCH 24, 2009, AT THE JAMESTOWN TOWN HALL 93 NARRAGANSETT AVENUE, JAMESTOWN, RHODE ISLAND AT 7:00 P.M. UPON THE FOLLOWING:

Application of John Lawless Jr., whose property is located at 14 Pemberton Ave., and further identified as Tax Assessor's Plat 8, Lot 473 for a variance from Article 3, Section 82-302 (District Dimensional Regulations) to construct a second story addition, demolish and reconstruct front porch and front steps. Said property is located in a CL zone and contains 26,405 sq. ft.

Application of Vaughn G. Gooding, whose property is located at 15 Marine Ave., and further identified as Tax Assessor's Plat 9, Lot 544 for a variance from Article VI, Section 82-302 (District Dimensional Regulations) and from Article VI, Section 82-306 (Construction of a fence within setback), to construct a deck 18' from the rear lot line instead of the required 30' and to allow the installation of an eight foot (8') fence (6' allowed), on the easterly lot line. Said property is located in a R20 zone and contains 6,750 sq. ft.

TOWN OF JAMESTOWN NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE

DECISION

An application for modification has been submitted to the Zoning Enforcement Officer, pursuant to Article 6, Section 609 of the Jamestown Zoning Ordinance. The Zoning Enforcement Officer has decided that the request is consistent with the requirements of 609. You have the right to file a written objection to this determination and, if timely filed, the request for modification shall be denied. If no written objections are received within thirty (30) days of March 12, 2009, the modification shall be granted.

Application of Nora M. Santamour et ux Robert J. Tamboe, whose property is located at 34 Pierce Ave., and further identified as Tax Assessor's Plat 9, Lot 445, for a variance from Article 3, Section 82-302 (District Dimensional Regulations) to construct a fireplace chase 7'9" from side (south) lot line instead of the required 10'. Said property is located in a R20 zone and contains 9,000 sq. ft.
