Drunk driving charged

• Joanne Fitzpatrick, 44, of North Kingstown, was charged March 20 with first offense drunk driving with a blood alcohol content of .15 or greater, police said.

A pre-trial hearing was scheduled for April 3 at Newport District Court, police said.

• Paul Webb, 23, of West Kingston, was charged March 17 with first offense drunk driving with a blood alcohol content greater then .10, police said.

According to police, Webb was stopped on Neptune Street for operating his vehicle at a high rate of speed.

Webb was held at the police station and a pre-trial hearing was scheduled for March 18 at Newport District Court, police said.

• Joseph P. Flowers, 34, of Middletown, was charged March 21 with first offense drunk driving and refusing to take a Breathalyzer test, police said.

According to police, Flowers was stopped on Conanicus Avenue for speeding and swerving and he failed a field sobriety test.

Flowers was held at the police station and a pre-trial hearing was scheduled for April 3 at Newport District Court, police said.

Driving on a suspended

license charged

• Dillon Paolilli, 21, of 75 Southwest Ave., was charged March 18 with driving on a suspended license during at traffic stop at East Ferry, police said.

A pre-trial hearing was scheduled for March 27 at Newport District Court, police said.

• Aubrey Fahl, 31, of Cranston, was charged March 21 with driving on a suspended license during a traffic stop on Conanicus Avenue, police said.

A pre-trial hearing was scheduled for March 27 at Newport District Court, police said.

• Daniel Crowe, 47, of North Kingstown, was charged March 23 with driving on a suspended license during a traffic stop on North Main Road, police said.

A pre-trial hearing was scheduled for March 27 at Newport District Court, police said.

• Myra Kirby, 43, of Newport, was charged March 23 with driving on a suspended license during a traffic stop on Route 138 east, police said.

A pre-trial hearing was scheduled for April 3 at Newport District Court, police said.

Driving with an

expired license charged

• Alexis Ward, 18, of Wickford, was charged March 18 with driving with an expired license during a traffic stop on Route 138, police said.

A pre-trial hearing was scheduled for March 27 at Newport District Court, police said.

• Dana Gillis, 41, of Narragansett, was charged March 21 with driving with an expired license during a traffic stop on Route 138 west, police said.

A pre-trial hearing was scheduled for April 10, police said.

• Bruce Sundlun, 89, of 280 Seaside Drive, was charged March 23 with driving with an expired license, police said.

According to police, Sundlun was stopped on East Shore Road for running a stop sign.

A pre-trial hearing was scheduled for April 10 at Newport District Court, police said.
