The necklace lights on Boston's Zachem Bridge are being turned off. Why? The Massachusetts Turnpike Authority stated that they could save $5,000 a month by turning off the lights. If RITBA would turn off the necklace lights on the Newport Pell Bridge, they would help our purses and our planet. More ...
