POLICE LOG
      Drunk driving charges • Douglas Munroe, 47, of Richmond, was charged April 14 with first offense drunk driving and refusing to submit to a Breathalyzer test, police said. According to police, Munroe was stopped on Route 138 after Jamestown police received notice from the North Kingstown Police Department to be on the lookout for an erratic driver.
