Notice of Preliminary
A Preliminary Public Hearing will be held for the V.P. Enterprises, LLC three lot Subdivision on May 20, 2009 at a meeting of the Jamestown Planning Commission beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Chambers located at 93 Narragansett Avenue in Jamestown.
This project consists of a three-lot Subdivision being accessed by the creation of Prospect Avenue extension, a private street, running north off Holly Street and accessed by Summit Avenue from North Main Road. The project is comprised of Tax Assessors Plat (AP) 1 Lot 61 and a portion of Lot 244. Said lots proposed for Subdivision begin less than 1/10th of a mile, approximately two hundred feet (200') north of the intersection of said private road, Prospect Avenue Extension, and Holly Street. The closest public road is Holly Street which intersects with the Prospect Avenue Extension at its end, which thence runs to the north and accesses the site less than 1/10th of a mile, approximately two hundred feet (200') away from said intersection, on the east side of Prospect Avenue Extension.
Interested parties may examine the plans for the proposed Subdivision at the Jamestown Planning and Engineering Office, Located at the Town Hall, 93 Narragansett Avenue Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9am to 1pm, 423-7210.
The proposed Subdivision may be revised by the Planning Commission as a result of further study or because of the views expressed at the Public Hearing.
