Sheep shearing on Saturday

Heather and Don Minto invite all Jamestowners to the Watson Farm this Saturday, May 9, from noon until 4 p.m. for the annual Sheep Shearing Day. There will be johnny cakes served hot off the griddle, horse-drawn wagon rides and herb gardeners. Spinners and weavers will demonstrate their wool craft. Young lambs and chicks will greet the kids.
