Drunk driving charges
• Patrick Deacon, 52, of North Kingstown, was charged May 23 with first offense drunk driving and refusing to submit to a Breathalyzer test, police said.
According to police, Deacon was stopped for erratic driving on North Main Road.
Deacon was held at the police station and a re-arraignment was scheduled at Newport District Court, police said.
• Elizabeth Tattrie, 30, of Coventry, was charged May 24 with first offense drunk driving and refusal to submit to a Breathalyzer test after being stopped for erratic driving on Route 138 westbound, police said.
Tattrie was held at the police station and a re-arraignment was scheduled for June 5 at Newport District Court, police said.
• Brian Raimbeault, 22, of East Greenwich, was charged May 25 with first offense drunk driving and refusal to submit to a Breathalyzer test after being stopped for erratic driving on Route 138 westbound, police said.
Raimbeault was held at the police station and a re-arraignment was scheduled for June 5 at Newport District Court, police said.
• Daniel Bourget, 29, of North Providence, was charged May 25 with first offense drunk driving and refusal to submit to a Breathalyzer test after being stopped for erratic driving on Route 138 westbound, police said.

Marijuana possession charges
• Thomas Robinson, 32, of Cranston, was charged May 21 with second offense marijuana possession, driving in possession of a controlled substance, violation of probation and driving on a suspended license, police said.
According to police, Robinson was stopped on Route 138 for a routine traffic stop.
Robinson was held at the police station and a pre-trial hearing was scheduled for May 22, police said.
• Joshua Barden, 30, of Narragansett, was charged May 19 with first offense marijuana possession.
According to police, an officer smelled the strong odor of marijuana during a traffic stop. When asked, the operator advised the officer that he had marijuana in his possession, police said.
A re-arraignment was scheduled for June 5 at Newport District Court, police said.
Driving on a suspended
license charges
Daniel Smyth, 44, of 104 Racquet Rd., was charged May 21 with driving on a suspended license during a traffic stop on Conanicus Avenue, police said.
A re-arraignment was scheduled for June 5 at Newport District Court, police said.
• Joshua Ortiz Fisher, 22, of Kingston, was was charged May 23 with driving on a suspended license during a traffic stop on Route 138 east, police said.
