Patrick Driscoll received a permit on May 27 to reinforce existing floor and replace a bathroom on the second floor at 994 Fort Getty Rd. Work estimated to cost $20,000.

Gerard and Jean McDonough received a permit on May 28 to construct a single family home and attached garage at 77 Blueberry Lane. Work estimated to cost $340,000.

Alan Katz received a permit on May 29 to replace an existing deck and minor expansion at 52 Westwind Drive. Work estimated to cost $14,000.

Robert Soucy received a permit on June 1 to install a gunite pool and spa at 388 East Shore Rd. Work estimated to cost $7700.
